Nodding Pagoda figures were first created by Kandler circa 1730.
They became a very popular Meissen product and have been
reproduced thruout 19th and 20th century by Meissen, as well as
some other porcelain makers.
Modelled with nodding head, moving hands and tongue, Meissen
nodders come in three different sizes - 12" (30 cm), 7 1/4" (18 cm)
and 5 3/4" (15 cm)
